Formation is the foundation upon which our mission stands. In this ministry, we accompany young women discerning their vocation — helping them grow spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually as they respond to God’s call.
Our formation houses offer spaces for reflection, study, and community life rooted in Franciscan values of simplicity, humility, and joy. Through formation, the next generation of sisters is prepared to serve with love and dedication in all our apostolates.

Supporting this ministry means nurturing future servants of the Church who will carry forward the mission of peace and goodness inspired by St. Francis and Mother Kevin.We aim as an Institute “to know, love and serve God in His Church, His world today, following the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ”. Jesus is our inspiration, model and source of strength in our life and Mission: TO REACH OUT WITH COMPASSION TO THE POOR AND MARGINALIZED.
